You know how to build on our global brand to approach potential clients in the different industries, like Food & Beverages, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals to realize the sales of Engineering, Projectmanagement and Consultancy. You will take responsiblity to screen the different markets, identify potential clients and represent Tebodin in introduction meetings and project acquisiton discussions with the clients team. You investigate the client situation and needs, to define the scope of projects. Based on this information you lead the proposal development process with your internal engineering and projectmanagementteam. Also you maintain and develop the relationships with our current international clients.

Qualification
- Eng. or BSc
- Well experienced, most likely aged > 28 and <= 35 years
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Engineering and Project management consultancy firms
- Familiar with multi-disciplinary engineering and EPCm projects in industrial sector
- Network and contacts with top companies in the process industry: O&G, chemical, nutrition & health
- Sales management skills in acquiring medium scale industrial projects
- Ability to develop and improve the sales pipeline, understanding the building blocks and what it takes to drive the sales
- Independent individual, self-propelling, self-motivating with ingrained hunting instinct
- Excellent communicator who can develop and tell a story, present a case and convince potential client
- Team player ready to share information with his colleagues and to support them when necessary
- Pro-active in life and business, yet works in a logical and systematic approach
- Result-oriented with focus on attaining business goals
