Primary Responsibility
- Responsible to recruitment process (job placement, screening, interviewing, testing, selecting)- Responsible to conduct hiring program (campus hiring, walk in interview, job fair)- Arrange and conduct training course- responsible for creating training programs- Responsible to monthly report (recruitment & training)

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Have knowledge of training flow & psychological test- Has good computer skill- Smart, energic, and effective communication
