Primary Responsibility
Lead improvement and development of protocols, quality procedures, standards and methodologies, and ensure the implementation in the Department.
Contribute to the implementation of Business Integrity Management and communication/ adherence of BIMS and business principles in the AG
Compliance of AG activities with the companies’ procedures and BL guidelines.
Manage staff resourcing of the Architectural Department including liaison with other Departments to ensure capacity is available and/or utilised efficiently and effectively within the AG.
Contribute to team formation to fit market requirements, including updated job descriptions, recruitment, resource and succession planning.
Development of staff: performance and development (P&D) reviews are completed; training planned and followed up; knowledge is shared; and staff are encouraged to reach their full potential through direct coaching or coaching by senior colleagues.
Lead monthly Department meetings and communicate the APAC Business Unit (BU) and AG strategy and information on a regular and timely basis to ensure staff are informed and engaged with the company, BU, and AG direction.Responsible for developing and achieving the Department operating budget and occupancy rateContribute to the overall profitability of the AGCommercialMeet and liaise with Clients regarding ongoing and potential projects in terms of Architectural works.

Qualification
Qualification
A background in preferable Architectural design and engineering and over 10 years of working experience in leading and managing positions with local- and international clients
Appropriate degree qualification
Good at architectural technical skill, be able to check the technical designs
Relevant technical experience; proficient in ACAD, REVIT, MS office applications and design software for Architectural works
Familiar with Indonesian and International standard
Good planning and organisational skills with supportive leadership, experience with on-site implementation of designs
Relevant experience of managing team, be approachable and sensitive to team members’ need
Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia at all levels; be able to communicate clearly with clients
Willing to travel to project locations
