Primary Responsibility
• Work with business partners to drive ambitious goals to fuel Cermati growth.• Create the social, paid and organic or even offline marketing strategy for a given set of verticals. As you gain traction, your scope could expand to diversify traffic sources and channels.• Continuously test new ideas and establish a culture of innovation through brainstorming, experimentation.• Lead and mentor a marketing team who is eager to learn.• Identify your team members’ strengths and weaknesses and helping them develop. You should also be able to quickly align the team to goals. Strong communication and openness is essential.• Organize resources and budget to successfully tackle the needs of multiple vertical and business goals.

• A results driven, independent thinker with superior numerical, analytical, and financial / economics / accounting skills.• Someone who can uncover and fully vet data sources to produce unimpeachable numbers-driven studies and to collaborate on data visualizations that are easy to understand.• 2+ years work experience, preferably in a marketing or strategy role• Experience in working with cross-functional partners and have managed people• Experience in content marketing, partner marketing, event marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, or grassroots/field marketing• Energized by brainstorming and iterating on and developing content/data marketing strategy.• Eager to work in a creative and truly collaborative environment where smart experimentation is encouraged.• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics would be ideal
