Professionally handle all incoming requests by gathering a customer’s information, assessing their needs, and directing them where applicable to the right resource for their need.• A natural problem-solver who passionate about simplifying the financial shopping experience for customers.• A go-getter focused on completing tasks efficiently with an attention to detail.

• Friendly, professional and great communicator.• Superb customer service background with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• A high degree of ownership and confidentiality.• Past experience in financial services or customer support / relationship.• We are looking for individuals that are self starter and have high sense of ownership.
