Primary Responsibility
• Create/design a smooth and efficient operation line in a call center from receiving data, following up, and processing the data all the way to ensuring conversion• Analyze improvements to be made in the call center• Monitor the flow, find existing problems, and provide a solution for it
Qualification
Qualification
• A natural problem solver that can think independently and be resourceful in exploring solutions• An individual with strong analytical skill and an efficient mind• A Degree in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering• Experience as Branch Operation Head in a Bank is preferred• Loves streamlining complicated process and creating a simple solution that is scalable in the long run
