We are hiring for Indonesia operation expansion.
Develop & implement strategy and plan for the whole regional sales accordance with overall channel strategy and each customer to deliver sales target.
Prepareaccurate sales forecast.
Drive market development and enhance share of shelf in his/her account.
Build strong & commited customer relationship to local/area trade account.
Oversee team management & coordination with head office team and your team.
Responsible for the over-all generation of sales of assigned account : Sales Report, Monthly AR Report, etc.
Supervision work to subordinate
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Indonesia.
At least 3 years of working experiences in Traditional & Modern Trade Channel FMCG/electricity industry
Passion in sales, customer oriented.
High level of Sales Management, negotiational and influencing skills.
Ability to read and analyse market trends.
Preferably Manager level specializing in Sales - General, Modern & Traditional Market/Trade.
