Proven benefits to laboratories, hospitals and healthcare providers include improved patient clinical services and efficiency advances leading to cost savings, ultimately translating to the delivery of better patient care.Responsibility :Providing services to customers including the evaluation, quality assurance schemes (Quality Assurance Program), test functions, calibration, training, and problem solving (troubleshooting), the existing products and new products, in accordance with the work plan, budget and policies / SOP, to ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction and loyalty to the company.

Qualification
- Degree holder in Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy or Medical Technology from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Maintain good relationship with the customers
- Have a good presentation skill
- Have an excellent ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
- Must be mature, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Good command in English and computer literate is a must
- Have a working experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry would be an advantage
