Primary Responsibility
• Managerial, Planning, Organizing, Monitoring Order Processing operations• General order and claim monitoring for all customers and productions• Communicating Product development with Development dept. and follow up with customers• Price handling - general prices and specific prices per customer• Capacity reservation towards productions and customers• Payment monitoring for reminder customer regarding the outstanding payment• Reporting monthly order progress performance to Director, including new incoming order of the week, any problem indication finding and solving in order to make a correct action plan to achieve order delivery target as promised to customer

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field• Required language(s): English• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service field with foreign customers• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent• To be placed in Semarang• Computer literate (familiar with MS Excel, MS Words, MS Outlook)• Have a good skill in organizing administrative jobs• Team-player, highly self-motivated, has “drive forward”• Be trustworthy and reliable• Have a good command in English is an advantage
