Primary Responsibility
Perform and Execute Application Activity
Support information for proposed solution of application problem
Initiate problem escalation to manager/supervisor
Handle and execute technical changes required to solve customer application problem
Support technical information for RCAs
Support and execute technical changes of ongoing project that related with application including but not limited to system expansion
Support information of identification and escalation regarding application problem and operational issue
Support deployment and implementation of new product/campaign/promo from business user into production system
Attend/join training for new application
Supervise, coordinate and check the technical deployment of new software update by vendor
Check and ensure that security and performance aspect of new initiatives are considered prior integration to production system
Monitor retention data (backup) running properly
Support and perform UAT with business user for new product, system or software release before implementation or deployment in production system
Handle daily tickets and complaints
Submit RFC and aware of any changes in the application
Attend required meeting including teleconference meeting
Fluent English communication skill is a must.
Supervise/Perform Service Delivery Quality, Compliances, and End User References
Achieve Tower SLAs
Pass all audits and reviews
Strengthen existing culture of Control and Compliance
Supervise/Perform Reporting
Report on operations of the team base on certain periodic such as weekly, monthly and yearly
Responsible for regular reporting on various areas
Provide ad hoc report for operations area.
Qualification
Qualification
Manage Admin and console Components
Configure Siebel Application (view, EBC, and report objects)
Configure Siebel Parameters
Good knowledge and familiar with:
Operating System: Unix/Linux, Windows
Database: Oracle, SQL*Server
Programming: PL/SQL, Shell Script,
Knowledge of Telecom Network elements, Payments Systems, AIR , SDP, CCN, EMA, Provisioning, MINSAT / ECMS, HSS , SAPC.
Soild Skill on Subscription Management.
Minimum 8 years experience in Telecommunication & Information Technology.
