Primary Responsibility
Plan and organize PD’s work schedule to maximize his use of time, allowing adequate time for meetings to ensure that their day runs smoothly and they have achieved all they have planned to
Travel planning and booking accommodation as required.
Ensure that the production of all correspondence is accurately presented in a professional style and is in line with company procedures
Preparation of Power point presentations for the PD
Arrange meetings, ensuring as appropriate that participants have all relevant papers in advance and ensuring all participants are is well prepared for meetings
Taking minutes at meetings, transcribe and present back to attendees timely and accurately and in the appropriate formal

Female maximum 30
Single
Minimum D-3 in Secretary
Good communication in English (oral and written)
Having 2 years experience in similar positions
Having Passport
Willing to doing Business Travelling inside Indonesia and abroad
Good in spoken Mandarin will be advantage
Computer literate: windows application (Word, Excel, Power point, etc).
