Primary Responsibility
• Conduct User Requirement definision, Fit & Gap Analysis of ERP System.• Design and programming for ERP system customization• Related Documentation matter : - Specs Doc : Work Flow, Logic Flow, etc - User manual : Operation manual, Installation manual, etc• Assist customer for ERP Operation, Master data setting, troubleshooting , etc
As Section Manager: • Manage the budget and target of the annual plan of the ERP section. • Create skill development plan and conduct training and coaching of members

Qualification
• Minimum 3 years programmer experience of DBMS, ERP & Programming software • Minimum 2 years consultant experience of ERP system • Minimum 1 year manager experience • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or Computer science • Required Skill : a. DBMS : Oracle, SQL Server, etc b. ERP : SAP B1, ACCPAC, etc c. Programming : OOP, PL/SQL (Stored procedure, Trigers, Functions) d. Having experience in ERP development is prefered • Language skill : Proficient in English, Japanese is an advantage • Fresh graduate with above capabilities are welcome
ADVANTAGE
• Knowledge of ERP Customization • Having experience working with Japanese ERP system is a plus
