Primary Responsibility
As consultant
• Conduct User Requirement definision, Fit & Gap Analysis of ERP System.• Design and programming for ERP system customization• Related Documentation matter : - Specs Doc : Work Flow, Logic Flow, etc - User manual : Operation manual, Installation manual, etc• Assist customer for ERP Operation, Master data setting, troubleshooting , etc As Section Manager
• Manage the budget and target of the annual plan of the ERP section.• Create skill development plan and conduct training and coaching of members
Qualification
Qualification
• Minimum 3 years programmer experience of DBMS, ERP & Programming software• Minimum 2 years consultant experience of ERP system• Minimum 1 year manager experience• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or Computer science• Required Skill : - DBMS : Oracle, SQL Server, etc - ERP : SAP B1, ACCPAC, etc - Programming : OOP, PL/SQL (Stored procedure, Trigers, Functions) - Having experience in ERP development is prefered• Language skill : Proficient in English, Japanese is an advantage• Fresh graduate with above capabilities are welcome
Advantage
• Knowledge of ERP Customization• Having experience working with Japanese ERP system is a plus
