Primary Responsibility
- Collectively maintained fresh and appropriately prepared Asian themed elegant sashimi, nigiri and sushi.- Developed and executed menu in association with preference and choices of customer visiting outlet as established by Executive Chef- Executed a new Menu and doubled net sales within a month restaurants operation- Redesigned and established contemporary Japanese sushi menu utilizing regional products resulting in superior food quality and customer satisfaction. Duties included managerial and operational responsibilities required of the executive sushi chef.- Keep sushi station and preparation area clean by following sanitation, safety, and FDA standards

- 3 years of experience in a similar Field- Shop’s / retail experience- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.- Required skill(s): cooking, food and beverage, Haccp.- Required language(s): English- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.- Full-Time position(s) available.
