1. Propose and share Company's targets by outlet in each area (Retail sales annually and monthly), drive dealer to meet the target, and challenge dealer to over-achieve target through effective sales operation, make sure whole sales achievement by dealer 2. Assess all aspects of sales operation (outlet by outlet) and visit dealer to review and evaluate dealer performance : a. Review and analyze sales report (such as: SPK, exhibition, DO movement, Retail & Wholesales data) and financial statement condition to monitor financial strength and compliance with agreement b. Monitor implementation of Sales DOS and RVI c. Monitor inventory at dealership d. Identify and evaluate human resource issues in dealership e. Share value of Brand Program and advice the dealer f. Analyze Brand competitiveness and market potential g. Handle any inquiry from dealers related to sales activities include administration claim 3. Provide action and improvement plans for each dealer: a. Propose, plan, and execute event/promotion include the budget b. Evaluate activity/event effectiveness through sales monitoring c. Review marketing and advertising plans for dealerships and assesses current effectiveness of their efforts 4. Monitor dealer SSI/CSI implementation and score to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Propose national/area sales program in a fiscal year
