Primary Responsibility
- Creating sales strategy to increase market share - Do business development activities to expand the business and increasing clients number - Achieving sales target - Controlling work progress in Sales Department - Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions with clients - Analyzing cost and sales - Compiling and analyzing all sales data - Maintaining existing clients and keep building the good relationship with them for continuous order - Able to do efficient presentation to clients in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Coordinating all sales and sales support to achieve company’s target - Providing weekly sales report to Manager and Director

- Has Experience as Sales Engineer min 2 years selling water treatment product, preferably handling NCH product- Willing to achieve sales target / Target oriented- Able to communicate in English- Good communication and leadership skill- Good in communication, relationship building and negotiation- Good interpersonal skill and enjoy meeting people- Pro-active, result oriented, high commitment, flexible to travel to meet clients- Able to work under pressure Preferable Qualification:- Japanese speaking skill
