Primary Responsibility
-Being responsible on sales of material that is resistance to fire, thermal insulating material, adhesive and double-faced tape.-Business development to new sales leads (General contractors, sub contractors, building/construction/property consultants, and real estate owners)-Persuading and convincing them to adopt their product by building relationship/doing proposal and presentation-Sales territory will be Jakarta first. Second is Indonesia but will be responsible in near Jakarta.

・Be able to speak business level English or Japanese.・Understanding business process from designing to ordering.・Knowledge of law related to architecture.・More than 5 years of sales experiences.・Be able to go for business trip. [Desirable Experiences]• Working experiences in the related to construction and civil industry• Experience in Sales and marketing for building components.(who already has basic knowledge and able to do sales activities after learning in short period) [Desirable Characters]・Flexibility and Multi tasking person.・Not stuck only in a limited job role, but willing to cover wide range of functions and support the company management widely.
