Primary Responsibility
Provide creative input into project development, advising on time and budget requirements as well as researching and contributing innovative and inspiring ideas for output.
Provide mood boards, story boards and rough sketches of conceptual work to assist in visualizing potential end-products during planning and development of projects.
Create project style guides that include typography and visual key elements for consistency & quality of output both for in-house use and for outsourcing.
Create online and offline assets in-houseProduce print ready designs for publications, check proofs to ensure quality and correctness.
Coordinate outsourcing of design materials where needed.
Ensure contractors are properly briefed and receive required materials on time.
Provide feedback and ensure that timelines and budgets are being adhered to.
Plan and work to agreed timelines and within approved budgets ensuring clear communication and collaboration with the relevant team members throughout the design process.
Develop info-graphics and data visualizations to communicate complex information visually pleasing easily digestible pieces.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Greenpeace South East Asia brand Guidelines in order to maintain quality and consistency of all design outputs from the region.
Adhere to project and organisational communications strategies as well as industry quality standards with all output.
Project Support & Capacity Building.
Integrate into project teams to contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects.
Work together with the members of the creative unit team (including photo & video) to develop world class, innovative and appropriate materials to help win campaigns.
Develop and manage relationships with freelance design and printing professionals, and maintain a directory of contacts in Southeast Asia.
Monitoring.
Keep abreast of new design technology and trends, continuously building knowledge in effective visual communications and design.
Report and advise colleagues on current and leading thinking around visual communication and design.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience Field of Study: referably in Visual Arts, Design, (or minimum of 5 years of equivalent industry experience).
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience Training or Certificate:NACompetencies and Skills Organizational Competencies.
