- Melakukan analisa terhadap sales, cost, expense, dan kinerja ops secara keseluruhan / performed an analysis of sales, cost, expense, and overall performance of ops
- Me-monitor dan menganalisa par level product / monitors and analyzes the par level of product
- Memonitor dan menganalisa hasil training ataupun sosialisasi : program promo, peraturan perusahaan, sop, dll / monitors and analyze the results of training or socialization of promotional programs, corporate regulation, standard operation procedure, etc
- Mengontrol pelaksanaan jam kerja dan overtime karyawan Ops Team / Controlling the implementation of employee work hours and overtime of Ops Team
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap pelaksanaan, penggunaan dan pelaporan petty cash Dept Ops / Responsible for the implementation, use and reporting of petty cash Ops Dept
- Me-monitor dan melaporkan hasil outside event / monitoring and report on event outside
- Menyelesaikan komplain tamu / handling customer complaints
- Membina hubungan baik dengan management mall / maintaining good relationships with mall management
- Menghadiri meeting mingguan termasuk meeting yang berhubungan dengan kepegawaian / attend weekly meetings including meetings related to staffing

- Kemampuan administrasi yang baik dan penggunakan computer / The ability of good administration and use the computer
- Wajib bisa berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Inggris
