Primary Responsibility
1. Manage all the spectrum of activities in marketing department (coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional and its activities)
2. Formulate and execute marketing strategies with hands-on manner
3. Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
4. Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve sales target
5. Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results
6. Determine and manage the marketing budget
7. Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Qualification
Qualification
1. Male / Female, Max. 40 Years Old
2. Posses at least Bachelor Degree of S1 majoring in Marketing, Management, Business Studies and other equivalent
3. At least 5years experience in leading Marketing Division in Fast Moving Consumer Good Industry / Dairy Industry as a Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager
4. English ability is a must, Mandarin language ability is an advantage
5. Proven track record in creating trade plan to execute brand awareness and increase sales target
6. Experience in excellent marketing skill, marketing analysis, marketing and product development, market research and marketing activities coordination
7. Energetic, good communication and interpersonal skill
8. Deep knowledge in pricing strategy and marketing strategy, including in event and media
