Primary Responsibility
Able to cost recipes, control market list purchases, andmanage team of 20 plus individuals
Can produce large variety of Japanese Dishes Capable to handle buffets of 500 – 1000 pax
Organized planner who is detailed, accurate, and focused on building and developing the team
Qualification
Qualification
3 years of working experiences with similar position
Mastering Japanese Food, and have knowledge in Asian Food Holds at least Diploma III Hotel and Tourism Education Have experience in manage several outlets or group of restaurant
Has decisiveness and tactfulness Capable of conducting soft skills training Has the assertiveness of leadership style
