Primary Responsibility
- Recruitment and selection of employee
- Ensuring company policy / regulation implementation
- Processing staff health insurance
- Monitoring staff attendance record
- Application and renewal of employment
- Keep and up date record of all employees : employee database, staff insurance, training, development, annual leave
- Preparing and submitting reports / licenses related to regulation manpower
- Administration and document filing
- Other duties assigned
- To be posted in Jakarta
Qualification
Qualification
- Degree holder in Human Resource / Psychology / Law
- Maximum 30 years old
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is a must
- Domicile in Jakarta
