Primary Responsibility
• To ensure the meat is cut down well and that excellent cuts are provided for bucthery
• To ensure the meat displays are of the highest quality
• Ensure that the wages budget for the budget for the bucthery staff is not exceeded, liaise with the assistant manager and staffing coordinator to organize rotas and annual leave
• Be responible for all butchery staff resolve any staff issues appropriately - following first line disciplinary procedures according to Company regulation
• Oversee the training of all new butchery staff and attend annual reviews for all bucthery staff
• Ensure all fron of house staff assign to the bucthery are trained to the highest level in exceptional customer service, Ensure their training includes knowledge of meat cuts,varieties and basic cooking tips

• Maximum Age 35 years old
• High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willing to be place in Bali
• know how to handle meet
• Must have at least 5 years experience in meat department operations.
