Primary Responsibility
Manage all incoming entries across channels including phone calls, emails, chats and social media.
Continuously brainstorm ways to improve our customers' experience.
Continuously track and analyze customers' top satisfactions and complaints.
This is a full-time position, requiring you to work half day during the weekend.
Daily work hours would be 9.00AM - 6PM
Weekend work hours would be 9:00AM - 2PM on Saturdays

At least D3 qualifications, bachelor degree is preferred
The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in customer & technical support.
Must have strong, friendly, and upbeat verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain cool, calm, collected and organized, even in times of high volume.
Ability to empathize is a must Must be proficient operating common channels program such as social media, chat, phone, both mobile and laptop.
Have previous experiences or knowledge in the fashion industry is a big plus Acute attention to detail is a must.
Ability to represent Tinkerlust and be the voice of the company while handling customers in a professional manner.
