Primary Responsibility
Achieve / exceed sales target.
Establish new and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Prospect for new sales leads.
Understand clients' requirements and propose the most suitable products and services.
Make sales presentations, follow up on sales leads, negotiate terms and close the sales.
Deliver professional and excellent level of customer service.
Report regularly to Sales Manager on sales leads and updates.
Conform to and abide by the Company's policies, rules and procedures.
Qualification
Qualification
Maximal 35 years of age.
Minimum Education of S1 in any field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales and/or project sales.
Committed to sales target, honest, responsible, willing to learn and open-minded.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Willing to travel outside Jakarta to visit clients.
Proficient in Windows-based computer operations and MS Office.
Experience in selling mechanical products is a plus.
Fluent in English, oral and written, is preferable.
Own personal transport is preferable.
