NataProperty adalah sebuah sebuah web platform primary market property commerce pertama di Indonesia. NataProperty menghubungkan para developer property dan para agen property dalam penyampaian informasi produk property yang lebih akurat, cepat, dan mudah.
Primary Responsibility
Handling sales activities and all agent coordinator
Monitoring sales team performance and motivating them to reach targets
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Maintaining and increasing sales figure
Reporting to Marketing Manager
Developing the new client, following the existing client
To coach, mentor and motivates sales/marketing team members and to ensure continuous improvement
Must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays
Qualification
Qualification
Age 30 years (max), charming
Degree in marketing or Business major or any field
At least 4 years of working experience in the property market
Possess strong communication skills
must be a very hard-working person
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
Must be a creative, self-motivated individual who is also a team player
Possesses the initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction
