Primary Responsibility
- Drafting / Reviewing SOP & Training Tools based on Organization’s Needs.
- Implement Analysis of Specific Training Needs (TNA) for All Business Units
- Designing Training Curriculum for All Business Units effectively
- Coordinating & Planning the Time Table for Training Schedule
- Facilitating & Monitoring Training Event Implementation
- Facilitating & Analyzing Evaluation of Training
- Doing Improvement & Development of Training Programs
- Create the Comprehensive Training Database and Productive Training Reports
- Support Organization Development Programs
- Development Employee Engagement Program
- Build Strong Relationship with external party, Mangement and Employee
- Coordinate Culture Enhancement Program
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as People Development Officer or equivalent
- Good knowledge in conducting training need analysis and training evaluation
- Excellent Communication skill, confident, articurate, passionate about training and public speaking
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Applicants must be willing to be placed at Permata Hijau, and willing to do Business Travel
