- Handling administration process and correspondence- Checking, maintaining, managing data & documents- Preparing supporting document for related department- Arranging schedule for related personnel- Make periodical report- Perform additional work that instructed directly by the superior

- Female- 22-27 years old- Min D3- Min 3 years experience as office administration support- Having basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001- Good in administration skill, document controller is preferable- Fluent in English, both for speak and written- Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in team- Good communication, dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard worker, self-motivated person and able to work in under pressure condition - Living in Surabaya
