Qualification
We’re looking for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and solving customer problems with WordPress. Many client customers are trying to figure out how to make a WordPress theme or plugin function properly, and we want to help these customers as quickly and as effectively as possible. Here’s what we’re looking for more specifically:
2+ years WordPress development experience
2+ years experience building responsive websites
Excellent conversational English
Excellent attention to detail
An ability to solve problems
An ability to follow and interpret processes
An ability to improve personal processes based on feedback
An ability to work independently in a work from home environment
A strong willingness to improve and get better
A strong willingness to help others
A strong willingness to go above and beyond
