Primary Responsibility
Managing and growing the client relationship, and expanding services/business, from both existing and new clients, to meet the revenue target.Regular reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly basis in regards of performance & revenue across clients accountManage and nurture client relationships. This includes ensuring client needs are met through effective management of relationships and communication.Focuses on long-term account development by providing strategic guidance to clients, and the internal, multi-disciplinary account team, on the development and execution of interactive/business strategies based upon the client's objectives.Monitoring the Project Management and Delivery teams to ensure high quality of work for clientsMonitor/ensure external parties collaboration goes wellManage and checking the quotations created accurately on XeroDevelop current DMC team and new DMC team is growth , motivated and disciplineTeam management succession planning of the organization, to make sure that DMC team has strong knowledge and work efficiently.
