Primary Responsibility
Legal:prepare and support administrative documents ready for legal, ensure agreeement content is understood by both parties.
Sales: looking for opportunity from new leads and current clients, create proposal, provide overview and progress of opportunities ,nurturing leads.
Project management: planning and organizing the project, monitor/ ensure with production team to ensure the services delivered well, monitor/ensure external parties collaboration goes well.
Finance : checking the quotations created accurately on Xero, ensure the documents needed by finance dept is fulfilled on Xero , provide general revenue overview to Finance
People management: ensure team is motivated and discipline , ensure the DMCs have the needed knowledge to complete the job, fulfil monthly review , have 1-1 coaching with each DMC to review performance, have weekly project discussion together as a team.
Qualification
Qualification
Strong time management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
Strong in Analytical Thinking 3+ years of experience in business and/or digital consulting
Fluent in Bahasa and English
Proven communication & persuasion skills
Motivated to learn & experiment
Knowledge of digital technology trends is a plus
