Primary Responsibility
• Prepares and manage correspondences, reports and documents• Business email management, scheduling, and calendaring• Develop and maintain contact lists, agendas, meeting scheduling• Organize and coordinate meetings, conference and travel documents• Take type and distribute minute of meetings• Preparing presentation material• Arranging and confirming arrangements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent• At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent• Full-Time position available
Qualifications
• Fluent in English• Have knowledge of pc skill (Power Point, Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Email, etc.)• Experience in the same field for minimum 2 years• Personal character; trustworthy, diligent, good communication skill, good looking
