Primary Responsibility
Main Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and co-ordination support to the business development function• Manage and coordinate the BD team inbox• Proactively monitor tender websites (LPSE) and tender communication portals for potential opportunities to begin the bid process• Coordinate the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities• Review and continually develop bid processes with bid team to improve efficiency• Raise Purchase Order, Price Quotation for company partner/client• Documentation any leads on new opportunity include scheduling• General administrative and secretarial duties for bid team including diary coordination, meetings, filing, printing• Support team with ad hoc tasks as required Competencies
• Strong time management / prioritisation skills• Meticulous• Strong attention to detail• Understand basic IT Terms/concept will be an advantage.• Understanding of FM and experience of working within bid function desirable

• Diploma or bachelor degree• Female max 30 yrs old• Good written and spoken english• Good analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative• Computer literacy and internet skill• Quick learner, responsible, reliable, capable of working under pressure with an object to achieve the given target• Communicative, attractive and outgoing personality
