Primary Responsibility
The PM role for F&V is basic an marketing role which manager existing products and also responsible to communication and executing the marketing strategy with sales team. Job responsibility as below:
-Implement marketing plan for MEB products for assigned crop
-Communicate & transfer marketing plan ensure that field sales team well understand and buy-in the marketing strategy for MEB products
-Deliver the aligned country sales and expense plans for the assigned MEB
-Manage issues that arise during plan implementation through coordination with other functions (purchasing, supply chain, incentive program)
-Manage and track actual spending against budget for all activities relate to P&A spending
-Ensure demand generation activities for MEB products are implemented
-Creating artwork product and make communication with supply and regulatory
-Develop promotion material and upgrade promotion toolkits as part of marketing communication tools
-Preparing and train how to use communication tools for FP to support their marketing activities on field. Get feedback relate to the activities
-Managing sample product usage for FP/FSM demo. Keep record on sample usage and application on field.
-Tracking P&A plan with Actual base on FSM report
-Follow up with the DGM on implementation of product promotion plans in the territories
-Identify growth opportunity for MEB products
-Understanding Customer Need for MEB product and market update
-Identify growth opportunity for key segment and geography, development implementation plan to ensure the delivery of growth projects.

Qualification
Qualification
-Education background Bachelor degree in Agriculture, pest control, with or Master degree in business administration
-Good marketing analysis skills, well know basic marketing logics
-Having related experience in sales or marketing for at least 3 years
-Good communication skill, self motivated
-Somehow big picture view
-High potential to grow, with high achiever
-Strong implementation skill
-Computer and English literate
