Primary Responsibility
- Ensuring implementation of the decisions of the board of directors
- Acting as advisor to the company directors
- Attending and take minutes of director's and member's meetings
- Ensure compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities are met
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
- Required skill(s): secretarial administration, communication skill, interpersonal communication
- At least 1 years(s) of working experience the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Medan
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non supervisor) s specialixing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
- Full-Time position(s) available
