Our princi[al vision developer and shareholder has had 55 years experience and has opened more than nine major five star hotels as Project Manager and General Manager. At age 26 he was the Food and Beverage Manager of a 600 room five star hotel with five restaurant and six bars. Another partner was the former Chairman and CEO of Jones Lang La Salle Worldwide and CEO Asia Pacific. Our mission is to traon local staff so that they become high level operatives in the Food and Beverage Industry in Bali so that this transletes to the optimum customer experience in food and services

Primary Responsibility
- Plans menus for all food outlets
- Schedules and coordinates the work of chefs, cooks and all of the kitchen employees to assure that food preparation is economical and technical correct and within budgheted labor cost goals
- Approve the requisition of products and other necessary food supplies
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, any field
- At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Food/Beverage /Restaurant Services or equivalent
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Must have experience in four to five star establishments and good job history, at least five years in an Executive Chef position
- Must have good referances from past employesrd
- Restaurant opens in September. Seating up to 100 persons
- Position opens mid July to assist in planning and menu design, service standards and staff training
- Require good cost control skills and staff management as well as top food quality
