Primary Responsibility
- Handle Virtusl Office clients by helping them in answering phone calls and providing mail forwarding
- To meet monthly and annual sales target
- Introduce our Value Added Services to tenants
- Answer enquires line and handle walk-in guests
- Ensure reception is kept tidy at all times
- Develop rapport and assisting clients with enquiries/requirements
- Ensure that clients request and demands are met to the established service standart of the centre
- Provide secretarial and administrative support when required
- Ensure that the equipments and machines are in working order at all times
- Responsible for the smooth operations of the meeting room bookings and booking system
- Ensure mail is sorted and distributed timely to the tenants
- Order and manage the inventory of general and stationery supplies
- Support Centre Manager with viewings when necessary
- Contract administration in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions and financial procedures
- Pro-actively carry out and manage all administrative tasks involving Suited Office clients's transition
- Liaise with contractors on any maintenance issues in the Centre
- Responsible for overseeing monthly billing and client invoicing process using the CRM and ACCPAC system
- Ensure the established service excellence standart are achieved with focus on customer's retention by building and maintaining customer relationship
Qualification
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management or Marketing
- Minimum one year of experience in serviced office industry
- Candidates with exposure to customer oriented industry (hospitality) will be an added advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with interest in delivering excellent service
- A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
