Detailed Job Description :• Provide excellent Recruitment & Training administration and services including employee onboarding• Manage employees data related to Compensation (Payroll Calculation) and Employees Benefit (BPJS Health, BPJS Labour, Insurance)• Liaise with Labor Union and Disnaker as company representative to ensure good industrial relations• Develop, recommends and implements HR Services policies and procedures• Report directly to Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities and Duties :• Prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolve issues and problems• Liaise with internal managers to resolve industrial relations issues and escalate issues as appropriate• Assist in Hiring and Training Administration• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics• Partner with finance and accounting to maintain the payroll database• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
