Primary Responsibility
• Planning publicity strategies and campaigns.
• Designing, writing andhttp://www.karir.com/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, ‘in-house' journals, reports, publicity brochures, information for web.
• Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
• Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
• Maintains accurate records of pertinent materials including vendor agreements, press materials, magazine subscriptions, and media visit paperwork, etc
Qualification
Qualification
• Excellent command in both written & spoken English
• Hospitality, tourism or travel experience is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and writing skills;
• Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
• Interacts professionally and effectively with co-workers, guests and media contacts.
• Computer literate: software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software.
• Ability to cope with pressure; handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
