- Responsible for proactive relationship building with customers and agents.
- Develop strategies and recommendations to retain customers before cancellation based on working with inactive customer/agents
- Provide solutions or promotional offers designed to retain the caller as a member
- Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand member needs,providing guidance, and feedback
- Study, analyze and report on customer feedback methods relative to products, services innovation
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems; develop solutions and manage through to resolution
- Female maximal 35 Years Old
- Minimal S1 Marketing, Bussiness Administration are preferable
- Minimal 1 years experience in Customer Retention Marketing
- Good Communication & Negotiation Skill, Detail
- Good interpersonal skill, dynamic, energetic and team work
- Highly organized, displays good judgements, proactive customer development
- Willing to work underpressure
