Primary Responsibility
Make breakthroughs and strategies to increase turnover already established companies
Develop new menus and modification of the old menu.
Ensure product knowledge for the restaurant crew.
Plan and set a social media-based marketing strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitors.
Supervise and control operational restaurant.
Qualification
Qualification
Age Maximum 30 Years Old
D3 / S1 from reputable university, majoring in Hospitality / Tourism /Hotel Management Or Equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Fluent in Indonesian & English language is a necessity, others language is an advantage (such as : japanase)
Perfectionist, Good looking, hardworker, good analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solver, honest, strong integrity, team leader and able to work with pressure
Highly proactive, dynamic, services and customer oriented
Strong Manajerial skills, committed a good, energetic leadership with a positive attitude
Familiar and native in computerized program min. Ms. Office is a must
