- Coordinate with other Safety Officer and Director of Safety for implementing the Safety Management System to ensure the achievement of the Safety Objectives;
- Advise and support front line managers and supervisors in all safety issues related to work site;
- Responsible to establish daily, weekly and monthly safety program;
- Facilitate the risk management process in the area of: work site, tools and equipment, standard operating procedures, that should include hazard identification, risk assessment and risk mitigation;
- Collect and compile safety reports;
- Conduct an inspection for checking the compliance of using proper protective equipment, tools and equipment and procedures;
- Follow-up and monitoring to relevant person for all corrective actions from inspections or audits;
- Manage all elements of safety data to improve safety performance
