• Responsible for manpower recruitment
• Handling HR report and others HR function
• Assist Associate Director to manage office operational
• To ensure the tidiness of the office
• Coordinate with subordinate for every event, and to make sure that each event is running successfully
• Communicate with COO assistant for every communication / meeting arrangement between COO and associate director
• Concern about Revenue and cost. To monitor the cost effectiveness
• Compiling monthly sales report and payment from customer
• Occasionally meeting with partner to follow up on payment
• Handling hard complain from the customer
• Between 30-35 years old
• Graduate from reputable university (minimum S1).
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Mature, and have strong leadership and communication skill
• Proficient in English
• Computer Literate
• Discipline, hard working, initiative, pleasant personality and interpersonal skills
