Primary Responsibility
Serve as a Solutions owner/co-owner for one or more work streams within the Enterprise Solutions portfolio (back office, merchandising/buying tools and processes)
Capture and document business requirements from cross-functional partners focused on key areas of the retail value chain – vendor onboarding, SKU ingestion, Assortment planning/production, pricing and inventory management, supply chain, operations, customer service, human resources
Facilitate on-going dialogues with cross-functional teams in the solution design to meet business needs
Serve in project management capacity for work stream throughout full duration of project. Execute against project plan and identify risks
Identify white space/opportunities for efficiencies within work stream
Provide post go-live support following initial project implementation
Measure success of initiatives through analysis of defined key metrics
Qualification
Qualification
1-2 years of experience
Hold Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering or Interior Design or a related field
Passionate on home decorations and furniture industry
Require working knowledge of MS Excel
Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations
Creative and critical thinker on any given situations
Extremely inquisitive – seeking to understand all details
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfort with technology as a means to solve business problems
Sense of urgency with focus on execution
Ability to build productive relationships with our internal and external partners
Strong written/verbal communicator
Ability to understand verbal and written in English Language
Open to receiving feedback and willing to action on it. Thoughtful about development needs in oneself.
