To Full fill Capacity in TM department in achieving monthly target
To Managed Vendor/Recruitment Agency and looking for other alternative source/channel for candidate TMR/SPV
To do an Analysis of Vendor and other channels (external: job fair, internet and Internal: Referrals) up to new TMR performance (30, 60 & 90 days).
To Review Vendor performance on monthly basis and regularly giving feedback from data management in Recruitment, hence vendor will understood our profile requirement.
Involve in Interview process
To Create Rewards/Incentive for vendor performance as appreciation and to manage the volume of CV.
Review, Planning for incentive system for employee.
Out Scope
Collaboration with Corporate HR and Recruitment Manager across department.
Conduct Training
Key Critical Tasks
Handling massive recruitment for All Business Department.
Produce Monthly Analysis by Channel/source liaise with Performance Management & Training Unit for TMR with tenure 30,60 and 90 days.
Handling Vendor/Recruitment vendor in supporting to promote company profile.
Coordinate with any promotional event for job fair, walk in interview , etc
Qualification
Qualification
Minimum bachelor degree (S1) from any major
Excellent on Analytical skills
Experience on vendor management
Ability to think out of the box
Minimum 5 years professional experiences on Recruitment process in similar industries or multinational companies.
