Primary Responsibility
Ensuring Food Materials to be manufactured have been washed clean and free from danger (Hazard) both physical and microbiological. Producing food ingredients that have been prepared by cook helper in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Ensure the amount of food produced according to client demand / costumer

Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. Excellent in Indonesian Food. Have the basic hygiene, sanitation and Food Safety knowledge. Good appearance, presentable, with positive attitude and able to work in a team. Full-Time position(s) available. Willing to be placed in (DKI Jakarta, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Selatan, Maluku Utara)
