Responsibilities
Communicate with our customers via phone, email or another to provide the desired information
Conduct proper telephone service according
Clarify customer inquiries to understand the applications/problem and provide a solution and provide correct information
Handling of all administration and documentation
Qualification
Qualification
Age maximum 25 years old
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any major; Preferably English major
At least 1 years of working experience as call center or customer service will be considered
Familiar with customer service skills
Computer literate; strong on Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Open office)
Capable to work under tight schedule
Good communications with team and excellent on communications of English
