Responsibilities
Manage Sales staff, meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; attend trade shows to identify new products and services. Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees. Evaluate on-the-job performance, ensure merchandise is ready to be displayed; ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards; utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning; safeguard standards for quality customer service; Monitor local competitors and company shops; Organize and distribute staff schedules; evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team; support retail sales staff achieve sales targets, Coach, train, counsel; Handle customer questions and complaints.
Qualification
Qualification
BFA or equivalent degree in Business administration
Min 3 years of experience in Sales of electronics, Power socket, smart home products r similar field
Proven proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point
Strong understanding of the Electronic Technology evolution
Demonstrated organizational skills and time management skills.
Proven ability to generate fresh creative ideas and sell them with confidence.
Thorough understanding of key retail and merchandising
Make presentation at meetings with eloquent communication
Provide business plans and timelines for the sales team
Adapt to meet budget and time constraints
