We are an established trading company, looking to fill in position for “Account cum admin” position.
• Responsible for the daily accounting and transaction processing of the business.
• Assist in all aspects of accounting and financial matters, which include the year-end balance sheet preparing, tax reporting, verification of income tax PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPN.
• Preparing monthly expenses & making payment for the bills / utilities
• Preparing invoice to customer and follow up for payment schedule.
• Other job function assigned from time to time.
• Help to answering phone calls / transferring / recording the calls
• Handle courier service and mailing
• Order sundries and stationery Requirements
• Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 year’s working experience in similar role
• Familiar with MS Office especially Excel, Word etc.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
• Positive attitude and a cooperative team player
• Working 5 day – Monday to Friday 8 a.m to 5 p.m
