Primary Responsibility
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign• Measure and report all performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess whether accordance with the goals (ROI and KPI)• Identify the trend and insight, as well as optimize budget and performance based on insight/analysis• Brainstorm new idea and do growt hack with creative idea• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests (CRO)• Collaborate with internat team to create landing page and optimize user experience (UX) in term of digital marketing• Instrument conversion points dan optimize user funnels• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

• Proven atleast 3 years experience in digital marketing • Willing to work in South Jakarta area• Able to work independently or as a team• Good experience in running and manging SEO/SEM, databases, email, social media and or ads campaign• Creative and experiences in identifying target audience and designing digital campaigns that involve, inform and motivate• Experienced in optimizing landing page and user funnels• Experienced in doing A/B testing• Knowing and able for using analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)• Experienced in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaign• Have knowledge of website development, such as HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript• Have strong analytical skills and data-based thinking• Up-to-date with latest trends and know the best way in digital marketing measurement
